Due to the nature of our products and the customization involved in implementing POS solutions, returns are generally not accepted. We understand the importance of selecting the right POS hardware for your business needs, and we encourage customers to thoroughly research and consult with our team before making a purchase.

However, in exceptional cases where a return is deemed necessary has to be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Approval Process: Customers must contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. Returns made without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Condition of the Product: Returned products must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused. Any signs of wear and tear or damage may result in the return being rejected.

Logistics Charges: Customers are responsible for bearing the cost of return shipping and any associated logistics charges.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed upon the successful inspection and acceptance of the returned product. Once the returned item has been received and verified, refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Please allow us 15-21 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account post product inspection.

Exceptions:

In certain circumstances, such as manufacturing defects or errors on our part, we will gladly offer exchanges or refunds as appropriate. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you encounter any issues with your purchase.
